PURPOSE:

The Human Resource Generalist will work to foster an environment of learning and positive employee relations with a strong commitment to safety, accountability, and recognition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; administers and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manuals.

  • Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, conduct enrollment meetings and communicating benefit information to employees.

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

  • Assist with payroll and HR automated systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent and applicable work-related experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resource experience for a manufacturing environment

  • Must be able to adjust schedule to accommodate all shifts
