Job Brief

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with the marketing team in many areas of project development and management. Your contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Additionally, you will be assigned a summer internship project to start, finish and use as your final presentation to the leadership team at Berry Global. A Marketing Manager will supervise the project to assist with feedback and guidance.

This internship will help you acquire and develop relevant marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing applications. Ultimately, you will gain a broad range of experiences preparing you to enter any fast pace work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data for market and segment analysis

  • Preform research on competition

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

  • Assist in promotional activities

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Help organize marketing events

Qualifications

  • Preference given to Junior and Senior class standing in an accredited Baccalaureate or Master's degree program with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher

  • Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Problem-solving skills, assertiveness and strong initiative

  • Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning
