Our purpose is to help drive the growth of Berry. Marketing communications play a key role by helping project our brands, product solutions, and value propositions into the market. This position will join Corporate Marketing Communications Team and the focus will be to help ensure the efficient execution of marketing projects and plans.

The ideal candidate will excel at managing marketing projects, organizing and tracking plans, as well as researching competitors, customers, and marketing trends to ensure marketing communications are on target and professionally executed.


  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, clarify opportunities to support

  • Solicit, develop, organize, and track marcom plans; report on ROI

  • Help convert business objectives into deliverables

  • Facilitate and manage marketing communication projects

  • Establish and refine workflow and planning processes

  • Develop creative briefs

  • Research competitor CX/marcom

  • Research marketing best practices, trends, and audience expectations

  • Support primary market research efforts

  • Responsible for understanding the Berry Code of Business Ethics and complying with its requirements


  • Experience managing projects

  • Organized, analytical

  • Self-starter, proactively organize steps to meet an objective

  • Enjoys networking within the organization

  • Able to summarize findings, progress, and recommendations

  • Fluent with MS PowerPoint and Excel
