The Consumer Packaging Division has an immediate opening for a Product Line Analyst in Evansville, IN. The successful candidate will work with Product Line Management, Purchasing and Operations to develop costs and set market-level prices which meet company profit objectives, specifically in our Foodservice group.
Responsibilities
Develop a clear understanding of acceptable market prices within the division
Maintain Pricing Reference Materials
Perform Cost & Profit Analysis which accurately reflects true manufacturing costs, incorporating the impact of escalator mechanisms, raw material volatility, volume rebates, and tiered pricing which supports business unit profitability objectives.
Work with Sales and Customer Service to provide product knowledge and support for our division’s products.
Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Pricing Administrators to ensure correct pricing on new and existing business.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering or applicable experience.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have knowledge of the CPNA product line.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Excel and JD Edwards.
Strong analytical background and skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills working across multiple functions.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Injection Molding and Thermoforming Manufacturing
Knowledge of CPNA customers and products
