PURPOSE: As a member of the Monroe, Louisiana team, you will be responsible for packing quality product under the direction of an Operator and / or Pack Room Lead while following the safety policies helping to ensure a safe environment for all.


  • Follow and Support Company Safety policies

  • Read traveler to ensure product has been produced to the correct specifications.

  • Able to pack product into the correct boxes in the correct quantities.

  • Perform some equipment repairs.

  • Able to train employees

  • High School diploma or GED, Preferred

  • Experience in a Team-work oriented environment a plus

  • 3 to 6 months experience working in a manufacturing in a related field

  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs unassisted while performing job duties

  • Knowledge in navigating different computer programs
