Responsibilities
PURPOSE:
TheEHS Coordinatorwillbe responsible forleading the safety program at the plant. They ensure that the facility and all employees are in compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP and HACCP policies
Conduct safety training for new employees
Organize annual safety training for all employees, to include;Haz.Com., Confined Space, Fall Protection, Emergency Evacuation, Ergonomics, Blood borne Pathogens, LOTO, and facility inspections
Develop and conduct new training programs as needed
Complete OSHA forms and reports
Conduct incident investigations & complete Risk Assessment
Lead and Implement Safety projects
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent and applicable work-related experience
Ability to work any shift as needed
